About Me
Natasha Cole, LCSW, MSW, M.Ed
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#LCSW108324)
With over 15 years of experience in clinical social work, case management, and psychotherapy, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to adults navigating life’s challenges. Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Treatment, and trauma-informed practices such as Seeking Safety.
Throughout my career, I have supported individuals coping with depression, anxiety, workplace stress, life transitions, and caregiving responsibilities. My clinical expertise includes working with diverse populations—adults, veterans, and caregivers—helping them build resilience, improve coping skills, and find balance in their personal and professional lives.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, strengthen self-awareness, and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence.
My story.
Growing up, I was always fascinated by the resilience and complexity of the human spirit. This curiosity led me to pursue studies in psychology and later, a certification in life coaching.
Over the years, I've worked with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique stories and challenges. These experiences have not only enriched my professional life but have also been deeply transformative on a personal level.
