Personalized support for your unique journey
Services
Because caring for your family starts with caring for yourself.
Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming. Between managing work, home life, and the needs of your children, it’s easy to feel stretched thin or like you’ve lost yourself in the process. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
Support for Mothers & Parenting
Parenting Support
If you’re feeling exhausted or burned out, I provide a supportive space to help you:
Regain balance between your personal and family life
Set and maintain healthy boundaries
Reconnect with the parts of motherhood that bring you joy
College Applications & Transitions
When your teen is preparing for college, it can feel like the stress belongs to the whole family. From application deadlines to decision-making, many mothers find themselves navigating not only their teen’s stress but also their own emotions about this major transition. I offer counseling designed to help you:
Support your teen through application stress and burnout
Manage your own anxieties and uncertainties during this season
Navigate the emotional challenges of letting go as your child steps into adulthood
If you’re raising a teen on your own, you may feel the weight of being both the guide and the anchor. These sessions are a place where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered as you help your teen prepare for the next stage of life—while also caring for yourself.
This space is for you—to pause, to be heard, and to gain the tools and confidence you need as both a mother and an individual. Together, we’ll work toward creating more peace, balance, and clarity in this season of life.

Virtual therapy designed for your needs
Session Rates
I believe therapy and support should be both meaningful and accessible. My goal is to provide high-quality care while recognizing that every family’s financial situation is unique—especially for single mothers carrying so much on their own.
Standard Rate
$150 per 50–60 minute session
This rate reflects the depth of care, training, and preparation I bring to each session.
Sliding Scale for Single Mothers
I understand that finances can be a real challenge when you’re raising teens on your own. To help make support more accessible, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots each month:
$90–$150 per 50–60 minute session
(You choose the amount within this range that feels sustainable for you.)
This way, you can still receive the care and guidance you need without feeling overwhelmed by the financial commitment.
If cost is a concern, please reach out—I’m happy to talk through options and see how we can make this work for you.
Getting Started
Taking the first step toward support can feel big, but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. In our first session, we’ll simply get to know each other. You’ll have space to share what’s on your mind, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’d like support with. Together, we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to you.
Think of it as a conversation, not a commitment—you’re welcome to see how it feels and decide what’s right for you.
